Turned in another 24 hour urine protein collection so I'm hoping for more good news there...and even more good news saying that I passed my glucola test. But hey, if everything else looks good then I'll take being a gestational diabetic. I mean that's not the worst thing that could happen. I'd rather have to watch my blood sugar and change my diet vs showing signs of preeclampsia at this point. If only I could pick :)
Last but not least: I'm 28 weeks today! That was the first goal I had in mind a month ago when I was in the hospital thinking that I could deliver a pre-term baby at anytime. Next goal: just 2 little bitty weeks=30. And my first baby shower :D
Once again, thanks for all the thoughts and prayers. Let's hope all my labs come back normal! :)
When will you get your labs back? I know mine took like 48 hours. Still hoping and praying for the best of course! Glad your glucose test wasn't too bad : ) Yay for good news!
ReplyDeleteWell my urine protein was 161 which is higher, but no where near the 300 for mild preeclampsia, so yay to that. I still haven't heard back about my glucola, but I'm guessing I'll get that call today.
